Did anyone see the “Flip this House” episode where Armando tries to help some clueless flipper/homeowners who are building their dream home in San Clemente… at the end of the episode they’ve been foreclosed on and are living in an Airstream in Leucadia – staying with friends. I wonder if this is the home.
I agree – it sounds like the house is right up CA Renter’s alley – NCC, single story, etc… I hope CAR is the lucky one!
