We contacted them on a Sunday and they were talking to us about our family and our needs on our living room couch the following day. I wonder what the trend of median “last sales price of each property” is. Median Sales Price seems to have doubled since 2018/2019, but most are certainly not paying these prices. My mother-in-law has lived in the same place since early 1980s. Many of her friends haven’t moved since the 90s.
Due to the current tax laws, we are in an estate-sale environment. Hope the buyers want a fixer……
