    “We” are seeing it in all “the canary in the coal mine” places. We looked at Sacramento last week. I am seeing inventory starting to pile up in 92397, my personal “canary.”

    Minor correction however. Bill McBride at CR hosted/popularized the “months of supply” on his great blog but my recollection was that the ratio was initially from the comments which at that time was populated by some really smart/connected people.
