At the end we had 5 offers, 4 of which were over list, and the final accepted offer was $100,000 over list. In addition to being over list it included rent back terms that met our needs. Santa Barbara makes it but not anything in Ventura County. No. Not on a list that includes Worcester MA, Springfield MA and very high Buffalo NY. I see no value in this list.

Don’t get me wrong. SD is awesome but this ranking just misses too many QoL issues.
