Wow! Amazing how far A.I. technology has come in just a few short years! Totally agree with you, Jim! Don’t trust one of the most, if not THE most, important transaction in your lifetime to an inexperienced “bot” that doesn’t value your humanity and your hard earned money! Trust Jim and Donna to be your guiding experts when buying or selling a home!

Jim! You could have fooled me. I thought it was you. Lol
Just my 2 cents. Tell the AI bot to dress agents more casual. Casual make buyers–especially first timers–more comfortable.
And a little fashion advice, if I may. Too much blue w/ the jacket. But hey, we’re NOT on bubbleinfo for fashion advice, now are we?
And I totally agree. With all the changes in real estate land w/ the NAR settlement and MORE forms, buyers OR sellers need the best agents and not an AI image.
Why don’t people take more time researching and interviewing agents? For the vast majority of people, real estate is the biggest financial decision of their lives.
And timing. It all comes down to timing.
Say the wrong thing and *poof* there goes the deal. More agents should be fierce advocates for their buyers or sellers. They’re counting on you to do your best to secure their future (next home purchase?) or maybe even their kids.
So you know, I haven’t worn a tie since my first day at Compass six years ago!

Not surprised you ditched the tie, Jim. But maybe some cool shades might help you CLOSE more deals. *Wink* You gotta look cool to make it in real estate these days and reel in those young buyers–especially the ones all starry-eyed about AI.
Six years @ Compass? Six years ago, I sold one house and we built another w/ the same premiere builder. One of my favorite houses ever! ALL happy memories w/ my hubby in #4290
Oh, that’s so 2016. It’s 2024. Time for a new adventure in real estate land. Pondering what’s out there to buy. Maybe get a high-quality microphone, JtR. I’ll let you do a walk through from San Diego–just like back in January, 2011.
I’ll just leave this right here:
“You can’t call it an adventure, unless something goes wrong.”
