I’m going to guess that half of the total NSDCC transactions are estate sales – only because nobody else wants to sell. We’re going to see a lot more like this one – no real improvements except for a few windows:

This is the kind of home we always look for if we are in the market. Because at least half of our home improvement costs in our past homes have been spent undoing some previous owner’s “improvements” and putting the houses back the way they were when they were originally built.
