Gorgeous turnkey but… You get to the back through the utility room or corner of the breakfast nook? And no “Main” Bedroom balcony but a fake balcony in front? I imagine the sun can be brutal in some rooms. Nothing deal killing or can’t be fixed. I fully expect once they see the pool nothing else will matter anyway.
