    OMG!!! stop using the word Barrio; no one wants to hang out in a Barrio.

    Just close off State St and Roosevelt and open it up like the Promenade in Santa Monica. simple and cost effective.

    We need less parking not more. Electric bikes have waiting lists months long and the population is large enough in North Coastal county to support Village businesses. We don’t need to encourage people to drive here from farther locations.
