The median sales price was 10% higher, but the median $$/sf was only up 6%. There were more of the higher-end homes selling.

Did you ever find a place for that poster?

There are bigger houses and then there are those stupid ’90s-’00s with wasted space that look like 4000sf but have no more practical space than more traditional 2500sf layouts. Those two story oval “grand entrances” don’t have room for more than a potted palm.

Not yet, and we lost another this week to a cash buyer who paid full price for a 1980 original that needed a $250,000 remodel minimum.

A remodeled home 100 yards away closed for $125,000 less last month.
