With less than 24 hours to go in the REO auction, it looks like the seller got a little antsy and decided to push the bidding closer to their $1,499,900 list price.  Will there be a flurry of activity right at the finish line?  We’ll see!

    It’s not an auction if there is a reserve and/or the seller can bid. Want to bet some of the previous (if any) bids were equally suspect tainted?

    Agrred – until they round up all potential bidders on the front lawn, fill them full of champagne, and then have a professional auctioneer conduct a no-reserve bidding session, we’ll just call these an “auction”.
