Earlier this year, we saw a new-home tract in Clairemont with 200 people on their list! But not every tract is hot, and it appears to be a sign of the times.
1.6 mil for 3200 sq ft + seems like a really good sales price for the builder, I think Encinitas is still a bit under valued but when you hit 1.8-2.0 the choices are many…and the competition tougher and less buyers at that price, my prediction a sell-out but buyers will probably get price concessions…I don’t believe there are mello fees either which is a big plus and Cal West is one of the best new home builders out there, if you chose a home towards the back I don’t think you will hear that noise that much either, but it proves my point..a brand new single story rare near the beach, is a rare item….
There’s another new small in-fill project in Clairemont right on Morena Blvd. And next to busy Morena Blvd is Amtrak, Coaster, and the new trolley. It’s going to be noisy.
Starting from the $1M’s and sized up to 2750 sq ft.
