  4. The houses across the street have a short slope up, and then another house right on top of you. Bad mojo there when lot sizes are only 4,000sf.

  7. How noisy is that stretch of road behind the house? I know that’s a major road but maybe not a major section of it.

  8. According to, this house gets a SoundScore of 70, the higher the score, the quieter the house. Not bad and could be worse if it was closer to the 5.
