A reader asked about the grocery store and other retail shops expected at Robertson Ranch.
I spoke to the rep, and he said they have nothing in the works. I said, “Oh, you haven’t broke ground yet?”
He said, “No, we don’t have a commitment from a grocery store yet.”
Hmmmm……price would fix that!

In a Facebook post, EXP CEO Glen Sanford said that, according to his math, sellers who sold to Zillow Offers paid what was essentially an 11.4% commission, compared to the 5.4% they would have paid with a full-service brokerage, on average, when price and associated fees are factored in.

I feel like they committed to build this retail and then just price it so they don’t have to deliver. City should approve these plans with more teeth.
This listing says ‘Built in 2023’ so maybe just a long runway? No mention of a grocery store though:
