The La Costa Town Square is open for business, and nearby new-home builders should benefit from the easy access to new shops and restaurants:

Hello Erin! The cheapest at Arterro is $952,900 for 3,380sf so B-R would be smart to have one house priced at $995,000.

But they have big lots and start at 3,580sf and that’s a single story so don’t be surprised if they start higher. My guess is $1.1M.

Just what we needed! Another 3 banks, a credit union, a Starbucks, Chipotle, 24 hour Fitness, Petco, SteinMart? One chain after another replicating what can be found within a mile or two.

I cant think of a single person I know that is happy with what this center. They had an amazing opportunity to take The Forum concept up to another level. Hopefully, in time the center will reach its potential. For now its a bit of a disaster in the eyes of La Costa residents
