I do not understand the stickiness of San Francisco. The problems they have now and the bigger problems they face should have triggered a greater faster correction.

As a side note. SLO/SB/VenCo Counties are more a “market” than is lumping in VenCo with Greater Los Angeles. That is probably enough to skew the data.

that is because “San Francisco” was not defined. Are they talking about “The City” or “The Bay Area”…?
