   Yes because it’s too far down the road for any objections to stop it. They might only slow it down.

   The big question is what’s going to happen at the power plant. There will be some room for development there, and the city hasn’t committed to anything specific yet.

   We are in desperate need of a good local dive bar there with live music and cheap drinks. No more of those fancy bullshit places.
