The other possibility was that the house isn’t for sale but one of the couple needed a market number to buy out the other’s half.

Well, I wouldn’t blame them for shopping it around – I just find it hard to believe that somebody beat it.

I wonder what’s your take on the San Diego-Chula Vista-Carlsbad, Stats:
4,661 Loans are delinquent, or 18.2% of all loans as of last month and it’s getting worse.
12.8% of those are seriously delinquent (90 days or more) which is 6% of all FHA loans. We seem to be 53 out of 169 MSA , not very encouraging.
