    Have a funny Lawence Yun Story.

    At the Reomac comf in palm springs April of 2008.
    He gets on the stage and said that average home prices wuld be up 3-5 % that year.

    1000 people almost booed simultaneosly and a riot almost ensued.

    He didnt continue his speech for at least 1 minute.. as he had to take in the chaos that he just created..

    Ahh the good ole days…
