This chart proves what I have always thought. The boomers will have no choice other than selling the house to survive. Kids ain’t getting it the boomers will live too long. There was a great article I read the other day about the percentage of boomers that will need to be cared for in an assisted living home. The number was staggering. The article highlighted just how expensive it is in theses facilities. Gotta liquidate then house.
