Dense, walkable neighborhood. And with all such places the question is parking. So, what is inside, outside parking like?
Thankfully there is a 2-car garage because parking is tough otherwise.

Everything nearby is $2-something so you can’t blame them when it’s such a turn-key property. Not many of those around there.
I don’t think they did much. I remember seeing it last time it was on market. But it did seem like a decent deal then. And does now except for previous sale.
Yes those previous sales are funny. Back in the day, buyers would be an adamant NO if they thought the sellers were making too much quick profit.
But not any more.
Even with the ease of finding out what the sellers paid, buyers don’t seem to mind if the home is a perfect fit.
