   Those users with the location of “not set” must be those crafty Russians trying to disrupt the US economy and influence the outcome of elections. Hmm… What do they want with a San Diego real estate blog?

   Thanks Jim. I’ve enjoyed and followed you since I lived in SoCal and bought my condo in May of 2011 in Aliso Viejo.

   Unfortunately I sold in December 2014. A little profit but not the 250K I’d have available now if I had kept it!

   Now I’m trying to move back to SoCal. I can’t wait to get back.

   I have a small sum available for a down payment (or VA loan) and can be patient and wait for something attractive.
