Our buyer traffic in July, 2018 was the same as September last year.  It looks like the selling season ended sooner than usual?

Note that buyer traffic improved in October and November last year, which might translate through to August and September of this year?

    If mortgage interest rates are expected to rise then the logical response should be to lock in and buy now. Apparently that isn’t the thinking of potential buyers.
