Detached-home sales between La Jolla and Carlsbad are hanging tough – and still no flood of inventory, in spite of much higher prices!

That’s excellent news for those collecting commissions and taxes. Bad news for those buying a home as a necessity.

I made more money when prices were lower.

“I made more money when prices were lower.”

I’m getting barraged with an unending stream of unsolicited mail beginning with “a qualified group of investors who are very interested….”

I threw away one cover letter a week ago. Can’t remember the line, but I do seem to remember the broker managed to rhyme “golden,” and “closin’.”

    Thanks, Zillow.
