I was fascinated by the vehicles prospective buyer were driving. Have you developed a radar for detecting a deal based on automobile choice matching the house? I hide my capacity in a station wagon that is really a sports car. Others an old truck with tire chirping drive train. I see a two door convertible and cry-ass dog and fair or not, assume there is no way to satisfy their desires. All those minivans and minivans that claim to be crossovers because the guy won’t be caught dead driving a minvan.
I think seasonality is broken until supply/demand rebalances. For now lookers will be looking full time.
