RB Open House Report

A phenomenal turnout for an open house scheduled for nine days before Christmas.  It make you think the demand is non-stop:

    I was fascinated by the vehicles prospective buyer were driving. Have you developed a radar for detecting a deal based on automobile choice matching the house? I hide my capacity in a station wagon that is really a sports car. Others an old truck with tire chirping drive train. I see a two door convertible and cry-ass dog and fair or not, assume there is no way to satisfy their desires. All those minivans and minivans that claim to be crossovers because the guy won’t be caught dead driving a minvan.

    I think seasonality is broken until supply/demand rebalances. For now lookers will be looking full time.

    Yes, but just a basic one. I should develop an advanced model with AI.

    When I’m at one-story houses, I’m looking for Buicks and Oldsmobiles.

    Driving my mom’s extra car, a Buick LeSabre with the ubiquitous 3880 Series II V6 engine so I can understand.

    Add; anything showing up with child seats isn’t going to appreciate the golf course premium. Silly parents.

    Three-bedroom homes aren’t for families any more either – every kid must have his own bedroom, plus one extra for guests/office.

    Three bedrooms = seniors/empty-nesters only.

    “Mystery Man” does! (But one Sunday we went to look at a ridiculously-expensive condo and arrived in his early 1980s VW bus. I told the agent it was his “fun” car.)
