I stopped counting the outdated design cliches around 40. Ain’t nuttin jackhammers and crowbars and a quarter million reno budget wouldn’t cure. I am hard pressed to name a single interior surface or built in feature I would retain. At least the bones look good. I fear the buyer is only going to spend enough to flip.
