   It looks GREAT, but I’m concerned about the schools that are assigned. With a home that big, you’re almost guaranteed to have a family with kids. JtR, what’s your answer to that?

   You can transfer to any school in Vista, San Marcos, or Oceanside, so take your pick!

   There is enough elevation here that the ocean view is more than a sliver. Like the new terminology though!

   I guess that shows zillow is not 100% on board in terms of value or estimate…how did the open house go…and in that price range for Vista how do you like the amount of interest in it..it seems vista is going up BIG time from where it used be, especially the value you can get per you listing>>

    Thanks Franklin – five showings so far and 30-40 people came to each open house, and this is rural easy Vista! One offer in and threats of others too.

    Anything like this house in Carlsbad or further south is priced at $1.1M or higher, so for people who don’t need to drive downtown to go to work, this is an attractive option.
