People are paying 1.1M in del Sur, 1.3M in CV for the same sized and style home. I would think being 2 blocks from the beach, this would command a premium. I’m guessing not many sales in this neighborhood to have those comps to drive pricing. Seems like a good value.
8 years in Waters End and love it. Took the family (and dog) on the short 5 minute walk to the beach to see one of the best green flash sunsets ever last night. Each and every day I’m happy we purchased in Waters End.
