Listen for the speed and the simplicity – sellers; your listing has 5-10 seconds to make an impression on buyers and agents!

What youre describing is a software solution designed by either a developer that doesnt know American style real estate (outsourced to india) or an application thats been defined by the data/info not the intended user. We deal with this a lot at my work. Its always a trade off between speed of delivery and cost to develop.
This exact reason is why you pay extra to have applications created in san jose / san francisco vs other locations. People there have done this type of thing 100s of times and also inderstand the the small details around american users.
Zillow still lists sold listings on its site as “active”. Very disappointing and unprofessional
I will apologize on behalf of my fellow realtors, and you’re right, it is very disappointing and unprofessional.
Because the directors of Sandicor and Zillow attorneys can’t come to an agreement, so we don’t have automatic auto-feed. Listings have to be manually inputted to Zillow, or uploaded through individual agreements with each brokerage.
This business is full of agents who aren’t paying attention – get good help.
P.S. Any time you see a pending, you can guess that is sold within 2% to 5% of list price.
