I dont get who the condos in downtown catlsbad are trying to appeal to. Old people wont want them because of all the stairs and theyre surrounded by lower priced rentals. If they put a small elevator in each unit it would make more sense.
Young singles or couples?
Floor plans won’t appeal to anyone over 50, or families, which cuts out the majority of the buyer pool.

1 Unit, 2 roommates, $2000 towards the mortgage payment; for the kid that has the parents, that can help with the down payment!!..
