Those who live near the new Sage Creek High School in north Carlsbad will have another large new-home tract beginning shortly. The West Village of Robertson Ranch was recently acquired by Toll Brothers, and they expect to be selling new homes there in 2015.
Shapell Homes purchased the acreage for $30+ million in 2010 from the Robertson family. At the time, they said they would build:
Single-family homes ranging from 1,800 to 4,000 square feet and townhomes from about 1,400 to 1,800 square feet. A senior housing project, probably for rent, also is expected.
If you are thinking of selling a home that is close to Tamarack/Cannon and El Camino Real, you may want to consider selling this year when there is less competiton!

Nice drone work! I loved how they left some “habitat” unbuilt – I’m sure it has nothing to do with the high-voltage transmission lines cutting through everyone’s back yards…
What’s the maximum height of the drone? I’m impressed getting up above the power lines – this is definitely neat stuff.
I haven’t read the directions yet but it didn’t have any trouble going to 770ft above ground.

I bet the Robertson family must be feeling a little miffed about those numbers. Although, 30 million is a nice chunk of change.
That is Parrott you are using? Pretty had to loose unless you crash it into something. Stay away from power line, they bring done alot of private planes.
Phantom 2 Vision.
It is so small and goes so far that I can’t follow it with the naked eye. I’m watching the camera view on their iPhone app to navigate.
I lost the connection again yesterday which kills the camera view but it keeps coming back like a lost puppy dog.
Dang. Nice drone work, that’s a great tool. Gotta believe those things are gonna be a huge massive business in the near future. Love the “return to sender” feature, but you’d think they’d also paint it red and equip it with blinking red LED’s to keep it on visual.
It does have flashing lights. I need to do a night shoot.
