Here’s a new take on the house video tour – I’m not sure of the floor plan though, and I feel a little dizzy:
From the MLS: The “Crescent” is a world famous Wally Cunningham design that combines the symphonic resonance of the sea by curvilinear architectural elements. The 6,500 square foot masterpiece sprawls over a double oceanfront lot, capturing the energy, essence, movement and calmness of the Pacific in every living space. Outdoor spaces meld into the interior seamlessly, allowing peaceful travel to another world.

What I told a new agent today:
1. You are shopping for a mentor.
2. Make sure to interview the person who will actually be doing the mentoring, because most broker/managers will hire you, and then either forget you, or sluff you off to a has-been realtor who won’t help you much.
3. Check their lifetime sales history of the mentor on the MLS. If they have 100+ sales lifetime, they should have something to offer.
With that bluff erosion, you ain’t buying; you’re renting!

Well, when you’re really rich, life can be somewhat boring sometimes. And there’s nothing like a whiff of danger to liven it up a bit, isn’t it?
By the by, Jim, I think I’ve guessed why you posted this video. So, when do you get yourself a camera drone?
I might have missed it but what’s the price tag on this puppy?

Double lot though – if the cliff gives way, you lose both.
