Today’s Atlanta Journal Constituition Real Estate section announced that Evander Holyfield’s 54,000 sq ft, 235 acre, 109 room house is going off to auction. Starting bid is 2.5 million. See links for info on the house.

It’s a great way to sell a house for top dollar.

Once enough of these celebrity homes lead the way, maybe the auction format will become more mainstream.

We need a kardashian to sell a house via the auction format.
