   Now that’s a nice house… too bad it’s just out of our price range. 🙁 Hopefully we’ll see some $200ish/sqfters in LCV and LCO that don’t back to RSF pretty soon.

   Compare to the price in 1998… until it hits that one then market hasn’t reached median levels yet – guaranteed…
