Is there demand?

We know we have lookers, but for them to turn into buyers it’ll take some compelling deals the rest of the year.  This will be one to keep an eye on – because if it doesn’t sell when priced under $300/sf in Carmel Valley, the hottest market in the county, then those active listings with worse pricing will be in for a long cold winter (Richard provides the second-day review):
