For example, this number of sales, (NSA) in July, would have given a 5.3 million, as opposed to 6.76 million SAAR.
The sellers may have ignored the REO but I don’t think the buyers will.
Both Vegas and Phoenix markets have been bolstered by a large influx of Canadian buyers.
