Hilarious to see a squatter come out of that house. Did he pick up the neighbor’s Union Tribune?
$300/sqft in CV….That is amazing to me. What was the average $/sqft in 2002 for CV?
At least prices are heading in the right direction for quality homes.
Is it me or does the first place in Del Mar look like one of those older apartment buildings?
I thought the first Del Mar Heights property was a condo building too
He did! He swiped the newspaper!
Check this out, all cash and you get the daughter as tenant but she is also a squatter.

No one’s answered your question, but I for one don’t want a pool. Maybe you can do a poll to see how many people like pools.
Great deal on that place for 842k
Pool can be a plus if it’s a big yard. “All pool” is a negative. I shudder when I see pictures of homes where the edge of the pool is within 5 feet of the house. Who really wants that?
That last place was Encinitas Ranch??
