Less Patience

Not every short sale in progress is getting the benefit of the doubt – servicers are dropping the hammer here and there.  Will it turn into the trend?

    I see the balloons all the time since we live off Via de la Valle. Where were you to get the close up shot?

    I didn’t realize Temecula”s South Coast Winery balloons made it over to the coast.

    I was at Del Mar Heights Rd. and Carmel Valley Rd – in front of Canyon Crest HS.

    There’s a joke in there somewhere that’s a hybrid of, “Hey, it’s Jim the Realtor!” and, “Hey, I can see my house from here!” but I haven’t worked it out yet.
