Is it me, or does $750K sound really, really cheap? I’m guessing it’ll go for over $800K.
This contemp is getting warmer. Cut the square footage and the price point by about a 1/3 and it would be talking to me.
This is a 550-600k house. Needs 100k in work including pool. Even if it sells for over list (which would be par for the course) . that is all its worth.

That kitchen is from Ikea, not really known for high quality cabinetry.
I’ve just moved into an apartment with the original 1965 kitchen cabinets. The doors may not be all level, you can see the hinges from the outside, but man are they ever solid! No cheap laminated particleboard or flimsy hardware here!
Come on Andre, you can be a Bear on real estate without being absurd. 3100sq ft in 92008 with a view for $550K? $177/sqft? Not in this lifetime.
Why does it NEED a pool? $100k in work? You’re contradicting yourself, why would you pour $100k into a $550k house?
Just calling it as I see it. Never said I was right (but I usually end up right- 96.5 % of the time- just ask my wife and kids 🙂 )
