Do you think the rest of 2010 might be somewhat quiet around the Ranch? The Covenant is no different, the remaining buyers are looking for ‘deals’. This has been on the MLS for 4 days:

There is some entertainment value in the rooms upstairs; especially the 10×10 room with the fireplace! Would love to see if the prospective buyers plan to remodel or just tear down.
