All the hubbub about a hot market, and about $3, will get you a cup of coffee these days.  Let’s keep an eye on what actually closes, that is where the real proof lies. Here’s a youtube tour of Solana Beach houses that closed in January, 2010:

    Your videos always have the reality TV feel of “Cops”, but in the good neighborhoods. A lot more interesting too! =)

    I had to go and look up Story Poles. Fascinating.
    And completely sensible.

    Contentious? Probably.
    Individual property rights vs community and continuity.

    I’ve lived Del Mar off 27th street and now and Encinitas for the past 7 years, and they haven’t done jack with that plot of land. That doesn’t mean they won’t, but you’d have thought they would have done something sooner.

    A train alarm clock is not so bad. It gives you that extra shake to get out of bed. Plus, it has an automatic sleep timer.
