If you look at a house on Zillow that is not for sale, they include a “best time to list” chart. They scrub that from active listings. They typically show March/April as best time for SD, which is true.
Then again, Zillow pages also says that the 92130 market temperature is “cool” and is a Buyer’s market and has said that for at least a year…. (never skip an opportunity to bash Zillow computer algorithms)
