Yea, I get it Scottdale AZ is awesome.
That house is right next to The Boulders golf course. Which has a nice clubhouse and bar.
Low maintenance because of the dry climate and xeriscape are the way to go.

The guy who owns this surely was picked last in kick ball and bullied on the playground in grade school not to mention cut from his high school basketball team. Just saying.
LOL – he showed them!
It’s a beautiful home for sure but I was surprised to see there’s a mini-split system instead of central air, and I was more surprised to see the installation wasn’t crafted such that the units were disguised by recessing into the walls or by using soffits. Generally there’s a rush of of hot air when HVAC begins running. Could this be why there’s a mini-split system – because of the climate? BTW, I see a lot of mini-split systems here in the Village and I am very impressed with their quiet operation and superior cooling ability.
