I think they will have a much harder time selling that than they think. The house is essentially non-functional, and I doubt you can really do anything with it zoning-wise such as charging admission etc. Has to be a nightmare for the neighbors and near impossible to insure etc. Probably why it’s up for sale now…the company that owns it wants out. All you need to read is the last part of the listing: 24 hour security guards are on site. Please respect the neighbors. Intellectual property rights are not included in the sale. Buyer is advised to do their own due diligence to investigate the legal rights and usage of the home including zoning, permits, rental laws, etc. Yeesh.
