Beat out by Torrance and Irvine. Not much to brag about.
LOL and true, but I think their reviews were brief.
They didn’t mention that we have the the largest, most technologically advanced and energy-efficient seawater desalination plant in the nation…..and our smokestack is gone! And we’re close to Sea World! Go Padres!
Gonna be at Fenway Park in a couple days. May not take in a game as tix are like hens teeth and $120 in the sun.
On topic however. Boston is ranked high but Cambridge is very high. They are both the same place for all best places to live purposes. And seriously, the only west cost… ahem… coast coastal city is Carlsbad? Sure it is worthy but what about say another dozen equally worthy?
That doesn’t look like Batiquitos Lagoon.
I said the same thing. That’s not in Carlsbad.
New England or Upper NY State forest along the freshwater lake and not Carlsbad? Hoocoodanode? S’okay, Torrance has a beach.

Indianapolis? Carlsbad? They’re about the same, just different!

Eh… local professional sports teams? [/ducks]
Oh come on. They don’t have major league baseball.
NFL and NBA are second tier in our eyes!
