Buyers are frustrated that there aren’t many, if any, new homes for sale around the coast, which forces them to consider near-new resales like this one – built in 2018 and just sold for $1,380,000:

    There’s one SFR home for sale in DM less than $2.2 million. One. And it will be gone in a week.

    (The rancho real on is fake. It’s in and off all the time, they’re playing games and don’t wanna sell. Probably a forced divorce listing, etc)

    This is a COVID induced work and school from home approved floor plan. You still have a separate living area for Grandma AND enough rooms upstairs for the dedicated office and 2.5 kids.
