@Levijameshere It's bananas! The area around I10 and 99 is going to the moon. People are overbidding on rentals. Never seen this with rentals. Texas is looking like the next Manufacturing Hub of the US in the next decade. We may buy San Diego just for the weather and beaches though
@Levijameshere Read that Phoenix/Chandler is getting 4million sqft of industrial and $20B(!!) chip factory 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
Touch of Sand sounds pretty earthly!
Avocado Green has to be next!
Earth tones are dead! Long live Earth tones!
Could I interest you in some Harvest Gold? A matching set of stove/oven/dishwasher/fridge?
Goldenrod carpets when we moved in. The Master bathr… ummm. sorry, “en suite room of hygiene associated with the largest slumber chamber” included sea foam counters and yes, an avocado green tub. The kitchen came with no extra charge a fire engine yellow sink.
Oh, and “Black Fox” as a color? That’s Pantone Warm Gray 7U. This business of convoluted color names needs an intervention.
How long before “Navajo Beige” is disappeared?
I am wondering if you had anything to do with this home that is showing here. I would like to know if the color Touch of Sand tan- pinkish or is it a more yellowish tan. As it looks yellowish tan in pitcure.
No, but I agree.
