This is a stark reality in my ghetto. There is only one kid who takes the HS bus. None for the K-8. Top of the street, the mom is in assisted living and the kids are doing a total gut job on the 1980s (70s?) interior plus replacing the single pane aluminum framed windows. I suspect some fancy 2 of 5 years and spending offsets for tax purposes.
