Well all estate agents should realise they are competing in what is essentially a service industry!
The problem is most real estate agents don’t realize they are competing in a service industry.
It amazes me how some clients really don’t care what their listing agents do as long as their home sells. But if they would focus on the details like JtR does, the appraisal will come in at the right price, and the escrow period will proceed with much, much less drama and the closing date met. Isn’t that what sellers want?
Given the thousands of dollars at stake, it is shocking how little people investigate their realtor choices.
Literally I’ve seen people overpay by $300,000 to $800,000 this year, and undersell by the same.
