My First REO Video

This sold for $318,000 in 2004, and I sold it for $140,000 in April, 2008. The same buyer still owns it.

I’ll never forget how the trash-out guy here was so cocky about having so much REO business that he said, “I make more money than you”. He probably did, but I never saw him on the front page of the L.A. Times!

    I reread the LA Times article from April 2, 2009, Jim. Brought back awesome memories because that’s when I first heard of you. That article led me to bubbleinfo, and I’ve been an avid fan ever since. Ten years! Mahalo for being my real estate mentor.

    I’ve saved a couple of your phone messages from an old answering machine. Yep, they’re still funny.
